What a difference a day makes. I’ve flipped my attitude on its head and am ready to get back on the horse. I’m going back to work and I’m going to succeed. I had a really good chat with my GP and they gave me some brilliant tips. Which I’ll share with you now.
The first, is something that I’ve done before, that is imagining that I am encased in a breathable bubble. The bubble moves with me and allows only positive energies to enter. Nothing negative will enter but simply bounce off the bubble. The bubble is strong and stays in place. For challenging situations where maybe one bubble is not enough, all I need do is simply click my fingers and I will instinctively know how many additional bubbles I need to protect me.
Secondly, rather than feeling like I’m facing negativity alone, I picture in my minds eye that I have all of my support network with me. Imagine them stood behind me to remind me that they are on my side and in my corner. I’d never thought of this before. I think its brilliant. I have quite an entourage!!
The third thing is to change my posture. If I’m feeling challenged or need a boost, I can pop to the loo and stand like Wonder Woman. Hands on hips, head up, ready to face whatever the world may throw at me. Also on the lines of posture is to own my space, have my shoulders back and even if I’m not feeling confident, I can appear confident through my posture and body language.
I really feel like I can take on the world and I’m ready for it. I’ve worked hard to get where I am. I’m good at what I do. So with my bubbles firmly in place, my support network behind me and standing tall with my head up and shoulders back, Wonder Woman is ready to take on the world once more.
